To Whom It May
Concern:
Let me take this
opportunity to introduce Arthur Scott who worked on a voluntary basis with
Outreach Concern, Inc. for the year 2014-2015 school year. In his
capacity as an on-campus counselor, Arthur provided direct counseling services
to a diverse population of students and families in a school-based educational
environment.
I was consistently
impressed with Arthur's professional competency, openness to learning and
ability to inspire trust with his clients. He made a strong commitment to
both our organization and the individuals he worked with and believe he will be
an asset to any human service organization her commits to.
Arthur's position
required clinical competency and independent thinking as he excelled at
both. He worked with a diverse cultural and socioeconomic client
population and dealt effectively with situations involving numerous client
issues, including academic, social and behavioral concerns, child abuse, loss
and grief, divorce and parent/child conflict. Additionally, Arthur demonstrated
an interest and desire for continued learning and professional growth during
the time he served with our agency.
Arthur's counseling
experience with Outreach Concern together with his academic training has
prepared him for a variety of therapeutic and/or education settings. I
recommend him without hesitation.
Sincerely,
Frederick Capaldi,
Ph.D., M.F.T.

Director
